There are many options depending on what you would like to learn so the lessons can be tailored to suit you. Here are some examples.

Sauces. Learn how to master sauces like hollandaise, red wine, and Veloute. More info.

Special occasion menu. Learn how to cook a 3-course special menu.

You could have the lesson directly before your guests arrive so that the meal is prepared. I leave and you take credit for the food!

Prices

£50.00 per hour for 1 person, +£10 per hour per additional person (minimum 2 hours per session).

The cost of the groceries will be added.
