Understand how a sauce can not only complement a dish but also perfect it. It can often be the last and most important piece of the puzzle.

This course is aimed at those who would like to learn and understand what makes a great sauce and what to pair it with.

​

During the lesson we will also go through the pitfalls, how to balance the flavours after over-seasoning. How do you arrange the sauce? What is the perfect texture? 

​

By the end of the lesson you will have the confidence to add a new dimension of delicious sauces to your dishes, taking your cooking to the next level.

Hollandaise

Sandefjord sauce (Norwegian butter sauce)

White wine sauce

Brown butter (3 different flavours)

 

 Course B: Sauces great with meat

Course C: Sauces suited for everything

Mushroom sauce

Pesto

Mayonnaise

Remoulade

Each course takes approx 4 hours in the comfort of your own kitchen. Recipes & ingredients are all provided.
