*Wild garlic focaccia with rosemary flower salt

*Crispbread with herbed creme cheese

 

Salad

*Crudités of golden and candy beetroot, carrots, radish and fennel served with herb vinaigrette

*Cucumber and wakame seaweed salad topped with bonito flakes

*Heritage tomato salad with fresh basil, hazelnut pesto and burrata

*Garden salad (asparagus, broad beans, eatable flowers and quail eggs) served with smoked rapeseed oil vinaigrette

*New Potatoes with sour cream, dill, chives and trout roe

*Creamy potato salad with smoked mayonnaise, capers and spring onions

*Cheese quiche with Lincolnshire poacher cheese garnished with apple puree and chives
