Covid-19 safety measures

The comfort, enjoyment and confidence of our clients is most important to us.

That is why we are taking extra care to ensure a safe experience and peace of mind during the Coronavirus pandemic. Following the latest government guidelines, we have implemented precautionary measures to protect the safety and welfare of our clients, staff and the local community.

We have put in place the following procedures:

• We use hand sanitiser, wash our hands regularly and wear face masks while preparing and cooking food, and we ask everyone taking part in our cooking lessons to do the same.

• For dinner parties, we ask that guests do not gather in the kitchen where possible, to allow the chef to prepare and cook the food with minimal contact from others for health and safety reasons.

• All our cleaning is done to the highest possible standard. Our staff work in accordance with workplace risk assessment based on the latest government advice.

• Please inform us before we arrive if you or any of your party: 

  • test positive for Coronavirus

  • display any of the symptoms associated with Coronavirus

  • have recently been in contact with someone who tests positive for Coronavirus or displays symptoms

• If your booking needs to be cancelled because of changes to lockdown requirements or if you or any of your party test positive for Coronavirus or display any of the symptoms, we would be happy to transfer your booking to an alternative date. For cancellations not related to Coronavirus our usual terms and conditions apply.
